Performance Plans

Ultimately, every employee in a company in a period of rapid change is asking him- or herself; "What do I do differently tomorrow than I did today?" The answer to this question lies in carefully crafted Strategic Initiative Plans, Functional Business Unit Plans, and Personal Plans that detail mutually agreed upon future responsibilities and commitments that support the vision and strategic plans and resolve potential conflicts in demands for resources, be they capital, expenses, or people. In addition Balanced Scorecards and Management Dashboards need to be set up to monitor and track the performance of the evolving vision and strategic plan to ensure that the company gets the desired results that they envision.
