He helped direct the integration of a European consumer goods company with the overseas organization of a major consumer goods enterprise. For a major North American petroleum company he co-managed the development of a natural gas strategy and the associated organizational capabilities needed to implement the strategy. He redesigned the Finance and Accounting organization for an Oklahoma based energy company. He led a work analysis and process redesign project for a large coal mining operation that achieved significant cost savings in both operational and support departments. He led the development of a managed care strategy for a major Midwestern health care insurance company.

Mr. Rocca received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and his BA degree in Government from Harvard University. He holds a degree in Estudios Hispanicos from the University of Madrid. He serves on the Board of Directors of an engineering company as well as numerous community based, non-profit boards.
